‘Everyday Heroes’ First Responder Organizations
The effort of planning, delivering and supporting the services of First Responders (fire, police and ambulance) even within North America is very complex. It involves massive coordination efforts for hundreds of thousands of individuals locally, regionally, nationally and internationally as well as the agencies & associations that make up the family known as First Responders. Many of these people remain anonymous to the general public, as they work behind the scenes answering and responding to 911 calls.
We are reaching out to the leadership of potential First Responder organizations around the world for their involvement in sharing the ‘Everyday Heroes’ tribute song/video with their employees, suppliers and community leaders. We are also interested in supporting their community outreach activities by including ‘Everyday Heroes’ tribute information & give-aways in such activities as fire prevention and community policing visits in schools, etc.
Going forward, we hope to identify, engage and highlight organizations that wish to join our online community at 911Song.com. The goal is to gain a better understanding of who these organizations are, the issues that they and the First Responders they represent face and what each of us can do to improve the services First Responders provide in every community.
Please take the time to check out the ‘Everyday Heroes’ First Responder organizations listed below:
- Canadian Association of Fire Chiefs
- Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police
- The International Association of Chiefs of Police
- International Association of FireFighters
- Medavie EMS
We hope you will also help by emailing us at FR_Organizations@davecarrollmusic.com and identify other First Responder organizations within in your community. We will attempt to engage and add them to the above list.
